Recent law review articles are often the best place to begin researching a legal issue because law review articles serve as an introduction to or a review of a topic, as a source of terminology to help formulate a query, and as a tool for retrieving pertinent primary authority, such as cases and statutes.
- Access the Journals & Law Reviews database (JLR) or the Tort Law- Law Reviews, Texts & Bar Journals database (TRT-TP).
- Type a Natural Language search. For example, type liability based on exposure to electromagnetic fields.
- Click Search.
