You may be able to solve the problem yourself by removing and re-adding this course. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Return to the TWEN Home Page page by clicking the twen button on the left side.
2. Click the Drop/Add a Course button.
3. Find the course in the list and clear the check box next to the course name.
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
5. Close your browser and then open your browser again.
6. Return to lawschool.westlaw.com and enter TWEN.
7. Click the Drop/Add a Course button.
8. Find the course in the list and select the check box next to the course name.
9. Enter a password for the course, if required.
10. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
11. From the TWEN Home Page page, click the course name to enter the course and gain access to the forum or document page.
